What happens when you see a 2d industry through a 3d lens?
Twan gave it a try with carpet. He invented a simple connection technique that needed no sewing or glue to combine two pieces of carpet together. This enabled him to come up with a large variety of chairs, pillows, tables, pots, accessories and objects that were all made from carpet.
Swiss carpet manufacturer Ruckstuhl commissioned Twan to develop a series of prototypes.
